Job description: You will work at home. You will introduce CV’s in the HR Blacklist database, together with your own evaluation of the employees. We expect this evaluation to be fair.

Payment: you will receive 1 USD, each time a user will pay for a CV you introduced in our database. Any taxes, bank fees, and any other additional expenses that might occur will be your own responsibility.

Important notice: people you are blacklisting will be notified by email about your evaluation, and will have the opportunity to reply and express their own point of view (providing they have enough HRB points) just like any other user.

Observations: this job is aimed to experienced HR professionals, with thousands of CV’s in their personal database, and with considerable experience in evaluating people. Of course, we will not forbid you to create a HR Agent account, even if you are a newcomer in this area.

However, think about this: if you upload only one CV, this will not get you very rich, very fast. But if you upload 1000 CV’s this month, and these CV’s will be accessed just once every week, this is a whole different story! And, as a seasoned HR professional like you knows very well, there are CV’s with 500+ visualizations.
